    I will never order or go here again. I ordered delivery from here through menulog. my order Was confirmed and my money deducted from my account. Almost 2 hrs later when the pizza did not show up I called 8slices only to be told they don't deliver to my address.

    I called menulog to provide feedback as I have a family to feed for dinner and was quite annoyed. Menulog apologised and stated that it was the restaurants responsibility to inform customers of the inability to service certain post codes. Anyways it's just not good enough. Very poor service and not even an apology from 8slices.

    What if it was your family waiting for dinner?

    If you are after good food, then this is the place, but if you are after rude staff then this is the place. We had been going there for many years and it wasnt until the owner spoke/yelled to us that we walked out nd never to return. We should be greeted with open arms, especially after spending heaps of money with them over time. We shouldnt be treated with a harsh answer to a question we asked about a special waitress. SHAME ON YOU for your example of customer service.
